Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours incurs one full night accommodation or “no show” incurs one night accommodation cost.

Arrival and Departure

Check in Time: 2:00 pm

Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).

Deposit / Payment Policy

Credit card details required to confirm booking, but no charges payment upon check-in.

Credit Cards

The name of the credit card holder used to book the accommodation must be the name of the guest staying at the motel. Upon check in these details will be verified, along with drivers license number, car rego, and home phone number.

No Party Policy

We have a strict ‘No Party Policy’ at the Breakout Motor Inn to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management of the Breakout Motor Inn reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

Smoking in rooms

We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning. This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.
